Japanese school lunch
While being on a Yakult press trip to Japan, I visited a school and learned that Japanese children are being educated in proper nutrition by an early age. Japanese government is concerned about the impact fastfood has on overall health and how the younger generation seem to forget about the traditional super healthy Japanese diet. During schooldays children have to prepare their own, well balanced lunch and are only allowed to drink unsweetened green tea.

Yoga sure has been big business for celebrity yoga teachers Baron Baptiste, Bryan Kest, Elena Brower and Shiva Rea. But according to an article in NY Times some of the NY yoga studios are ditching the 'rock star' instructors.
